who planted flowers in marlboro country?

this ad is like walking into a health food store; except with cigarettes. I think while this ad is decieving and conveying the wrong message, it is very effectively done. too bad spirits take longer to smoke than cigars.

is this piece of communication effective?

i'm afraid so. as attuned as I think I am to blue and green washing, I must admit this ad made me think there was a cigarette that was better for you...for a second at least.
