its cute

yeah, a bit too long, but still playful and respectful.

No excitement

Don't you think all women talking in this AD, so didn't look excited or happy talking about their "FIRST TIME". I always thought this topic brought that dreamy look in your eyes.

so dems are sweeping the nation

I really really really hope all the single women who saw these ads went out and voted . . .

nailed it

Seems like this is directed to the millions who love to watch shows like Sex in the City. If so, they nailed it. No pun intended. Hard topic to make sexy, empowering, but they did a good job.

I wanna do it

Voteing is a hard subject to make intresting. And the commercial got my attention and make me laugh. I like it!

talky

geared toward women that are likely to vote. 1x's involves another person, while voting is an individual act. residue of ad in viewers psyche may correlate with their perception or exp. of their 1x-ad only works if you have had positive exp's.

i liked it.

when i don't do it, i feel like i'm being screwed.

eh

Too long & should at least transition to them actually talking about voting half way through once the average American (haha) realizes the joke.

Wait! There is a twist...

what a dissapointment.
this commercial is wrong for me in so many ways. not intriguing. And it has a twist to it (the suits favorite). They are not talking about sex.. they are talking about voting!!!!
what are we? stupid?
disengaged is more likely.

sweet

I like this, but why do we still have to use sex with women?

Lack of Efficacy

I like the innuendos (and Angie Harmon), but--as everyone has said--it runs too long. Maybe it was because we knew what the commercial was about before we actually saw it, but it got a little redundant after a while. Sum it up in 15-20 seconds, and it would be much crisper an ad.

Tedious

My gut reaction is that women are too smart for this. But then I think about Oprah's rabid audience and how they react when she gives crap away. Who knows?

so your guy "lost", eh?

tough break, but it can happen to the best of us.

Too long

You got me on "the first time I did it". The rest just made me fantasize too much. Good cause, but just to long. The first time I did it was behind a black curtain, and my candidate didn’t "win".

good cause

period.

Posted by: euroskip on October 24th, 2006.

corny

you get the joke with the second "confession" and then it just runs on and on; I can't imagine how the actresses felt using those double entendres, it's too obvious.
