sucks to be in the middle

you know how it sucks to be in the middle back seat? well i guess the same goes for the middle seat in a blue man group global warming video. that poor guy loses a bunch of air time.

the new green is blue

most people find the bmg intersting and what a better way to spread the worlds most important message. at first the flashing words are hard to follow but over all it has a nice follow through

the blue man group makes me nervous

but it was effective; made me listen. I agree that it could have been better shorter, though.

whoa buddy!

Man, that was great. Wonderful. Couldn't have been better. More, more!

it's great

i love the blue man group. this video is an awesome way to get a message through. it keeps your attentioin and is entertaining, as well as informative

agreed.

i agree with jamacdonald. this was way too long, and with euroskip that the disaster footage remix thing was hokey. therefore, i have nothing new to add.

30 Seconds?

Seems like it could of been more effective in a 30 second spot. I don't care that the pacing is slow, I just care that it looses my intrest fast.

been there

blue man group...didn't Intel masturbate the crap outta them LIKE 5 YEARS AGO?! WEAK!!! (but good message)

Posted by: dontbeadowner on October 14th, 2006.

great elements...

even if the pacing is a little slow.

i love the video-remix--a clever way to show actual footage without coming off as too dire. i agree it has mainstream appeal.

it's not that weak

come on, in the grand scheme of do-gooder advertising out there, it is definitely not that bad. i agree that the dated-visual-remix of typical global warming visuals could be better, but who doesn't love the blue men?

not weak sauce

so there.

weak sauce

a good message with super dated and weak graphics. this bugs me. avisualperson, you have your earth so far up your o-zone.

love this thing

love the medium, love the performers (they've got great reach) and love the video-remix of disaster footage. this is definitely the mainstream edge of this message and we need to see more of this.
