aim high

aim reallly high, cuz you're not gonna get there, and just end up either fragged on the ground or nowhere near a plane. gooooood luck.

they don't care about that.

what happens next

what happens to the person when they are out of the airforce and homeless.

hahahaha!

the beginning of the first (twister) one looks like a really cheesy music video. funny!

artgirl, I'm curious as to why you take such offense with the "innocent middle east" and "misery america spreads" comments.

last I heard, the US gov't admits that 40,000+ Iraqi civilians, including numerous women and children, died since the war started in 2003.

those 40,000+ people died because there's a war going on in Iraq that was started by the U.S., under the false, and erroneous, presumption that there were WMDs.

assuming that surviving relatives of said civilians are probably miserable to some degree over the deaths of their loved ones, i'd say there's some truth to those statements.

hmm

Well, it is well done, and I can't lie that the first ad gave me shivers, but I just don't trust the military. It shows bomber pilots in this glamorous light, but nothing about the consequences of the payload they're about to drop,

woah.

getting heated up in here.

tim, i think cheeky's point is that you're probably not going to get to do any of what's advertised.

while i have tons of mixed feelings about army recruitment tactics - the problem isn't the army, it's our fool commander-in-chief that's controlling them and putting too much funding into spreading democracy.

but i agree with art girl. i'd rather have smart people with weapons then a bunch of hacks.

Loved it!

To Tim_English:
Obviously you haven’t left your house for the last 50 years or so! “Innocent people in the middle east”, “sheer misery America causes “ ??? What a joke!!! Try going to the bomb shelter 10-15 times a day and then we’ll talk.

The ad is great! It’s better to have in the army people who actually want to be there and have the skills 4 it. Not just some washouts.

Unfortunate

Whilst the ads are of super high production value, ultimately those who join the airforce are going to end up using their skills to kill innocent people in the middle east which is seriously bad. And cheeky monkey you can f off. you obviously have no ida of the sheer misery america causes with its weapons

the ad is well done...

...and that makes me a little bit sad.

crock of sheeyat

Dude if I join the Navy I'm going to outer space for sure! Or at least gonna fly a bomber and crush fools across the pond.
