The ad's great. Forget about what you think; this ad isn't aimed at you unless you're not already grossed out by the thought of grandpa fooling around with grandma while she bakes cookies.
My only thing is, I don't think drugs should be advertised on TV at all, but I'm not going to blame the ad for pharmaceutical lobbying shenanigans.

all of pfizer's ads do not name viagra so as to avoid side effects yes, and since this ad ran in canada, maybe they have different regulations than FDA. but regardless, one of the more
in-your-face ED ads, as opposed to the wishy-washy ones that we usually see . . . and the viagra-poppin' grandpa is totally disgusting, in that george hamilton sorta way.

It’s funny but a bit distasteful isn’t it? No one wants to see their grandpa being beeped on TV talking about how he banged your cookie baking grandma. I prefer Viagra be discreet. Makes life life bigger and fuller kinda deal. Yes much pun intended.

ok, so it's not going to send you to heaven, but you have to reward a concept that is so spot-on. nothing dirty is said, but my mind runs wild, plus they worked in a product placement and didn't have to list the side effects.
